LAVIEVULINH is located on Dao Quan Trang (Dao white trousers, pronounced “Zao Quan Tchang”) ethnic lands, 170km North-West of Hanoi along the Red River line, on the north Side of the Thac Ba lake, one of the biggest lakes in Vietnam.
The Site can be accessed:
> by road, currently with the Express Highway between Hanoi and Lao Cai, Yen Bai is only 2-hours drive from Noi Bai International Airport and 2 hours a half from Hanoi, Hoan Kiem District. A further 45 mn are required to get to Vu Linh eco-lodge by car and local boat on Thac Ba Lake.
> by train to the Yen Bai train station then by boat. About 5 hours in the train and 1h30 to cross the lake by boat.
