The Ecolodge

LaVieVuLinh was established in 2008 on the initiative of Fredo Bình and a Dao couple.

Located at about 170 km North-West of Hanoi, in Yen Bai Province, LaVieVuLinh welcomes tourists who are looking for an extraordinary experience. LaVieVuLinh is based on the eastern side of Thac Ba lake, North Vietnam’s biggest artificial lake, in the village of Ngoi Tu. The majority of the inhabitants are from the Dao Quan Trang ethnical group.

The Project aims at both developing community tourism in close link with local people, and implementing a responsible & sustainable development. It is divided into three parts: Education, Environment and Culture.
